Task and Function

The Bureau is an administrative element of UNS that provides technical and administrative services to all entities within the UNS environment. The Bureau is led by the Head of Bureau who is responsible to the Rector and in the day-to-day tasks, it is coordinated by the Vice Rector in accordance with its task area.

Research and Community Service Bureau is an implementer of research administration, documentation, research, and community service in order to develop the resources of lecturers. Research and Community Service Bureau has the task of carrying out administration of activities in research, documentation of research results, and community service.

In carrying out its duties, the Research and Community Service Department organizes functions:

1. Implementation of research resource development services and community service;
2. implementation of research and administration affairs;
3. implementation of administrative affairs of innovation and commecialization outputs.
4. implementation of administrative affairs of community service;
5. implementation of data collection and managements of information on proposals and results of research and community service in the form of reports, publications, intelectual properties, and other product outputs;
6. implementation of institutional cooperation administration research and community service and
7. Implementation of risk management at the research and community service department level.

Task and Function

The coordinator of the research and community service bureau is responsible to the head of the research and community service bureau

The Coordinator of the Research and Community Service Bureau has the task of coordinating the implementation of the Research and Community Service Administration

In carrying out its duties, the Section Coordinator of the Bureau of Research and Community Service organizes functions:

1. Implementation of development of research resources and community service;
2. Implementation of research administration affairs;
3. implementation of administrative affairs of innovation and commercialization outputs.
4. Implementation of administrative affairs of research and community service;
5. Implementation of data collection and management of information on proposals and results of research and community service in the form of reports, publications, intellectual properties, and other product outputs;
6. Implementation of LPPM administrative collaboration.

Task and Function

The sub-coordinator of the Research Administration Subdivision, Community Service, Innovation, and Commercialization, is responsible to the Head of the Research and Community Service Bureau, whose duties are coordinated by the Research and Community Service Bureau coordinator.

The sub-coordinator of the Research Administration Subdivision, Community Service, Innovation and Commercialization has the task of carrying out program administration and evaluation of activities and outputs of research results and community service, research and industry cooperation, innovation and commercialization

The sub-coordinator of the Data, Information Systems Research and Community Service, Innovation and Commercialization Sub-Section, also the implementation of evaluation and reporting, is responsible to the Head of the Research and Community Service Bureau. Those duties are coordinated by the Research and Community Service Bureau Section Coordinator.

The sub-coordinator of the Data Subdivision, Research Information Systems and Community Service, Innovation and Commercialization also the implementation of evaluation and reporting has the task of collecting and processing data, information system services for research and industrial collaboration activities, reporting and developing research results, Community service, innovation, and commercialization.
